John is passionate about the quality of his ingredients and sources a range of organic foods from local producers. The Burren is great walking country and the hotel can provide guests with walking sticks and maps of local walks. A lot of guests will head out after a home cooked breakfast, take a packed lunch with them and will be out all day walking on the Green Roads. The Cliffs of Moher and Burren Geopark are just 10 minute drive from Lisdoonvarna and boats go to the Aran Islands from Doolin each day during the Season.
