The Wild Atlantic Way provides the backdrop for County Donegal’s Earagail Arts Festival, which runs over 18 days every July, and is filled with music, theatre, visual arts, film, literature, circus and carnival fun on Ireland’s North West coast!
Surrounded by the dramatic scenery of the Wild Atlantic Way, there couldn’t be a more perfect place to host an arts festival than County Donegal. Taking inspiration from their surroundings, renowned local artists come together every summer to celebrate the magic of the landscapes around them. Over 18 days, you’ll find performances across the county, from Arranmore Island to Letterkenny, packed into village halls, along golden beaches, and inside purpose-built theatres. Come for the festivities, as they say, and stay for the breathtaking beauty of County Donegal.
