See what Ireland has in store for you
The Garrihy brothers have been fishing and sailing these waters for generations. Like all good Irishmen, these lads love to talk and the crew are happy to share their knowledge and love of the cliffs, the birds and the islands with passengers, so be prepared to listen and learn. Come and see the Cliffs of Moher from the sea, away from the crowds on land. The boat trip below the cliffs takes at most 1 hour, with spectacular views of the cliffs, the seabird colony and the Harry Potter sea cave. Plan an escape to the Aran Islands, Inis Mór, Inis Oírr or Inis Meáin. Breathe in the fresh Atlantic air and recharge your batteries on these remote islands, where you can meet the islanders and learn about their thriving Irish speaking communities. Garrihy’s Doolin2Aran Ferries offer large, fast and eco-friendly ships. Ferries to the islands only take between 15 and 30 minutes. There are options to take the Cliffs cruise on its own or combine it with a day trip to one of the islands. Sailings depart at various times from Doolin, every day from mid-March to end October.
